Meet the design team
We are Penny & Warwick, a husband-and-wife team who started our Adventure 16 years ago and have not looked back since.
We are joined by the very talented Dan and Laurie who work their magic alongside Warwick to help create bespoke web and graphic design for our lovely clients.
Hi, I’m Warwick and I have been a designer for over 30 years. I started my own Adventure over a decade ago, and now I help small and medium sized businesses at every stage of their own adventures. I find the journey often begins with unique web design and great branding and always ends with a happy customer and a growing business.
Prior to Adventure, I spent 20 years building my design skills working for cool brands such as Cadburys and Auto Trader, as well as some very cool Birmingham based design agencies.
The best part of what I do has always been working with clients to understand their ideas and goals before creating something special which exceeds their expectations.
Having happy customers is very rewarding and I can genuinely say I’m one of the lucky ones who loves what I do.

I wear many different hats at Adventure (Marketing, social media, and Project Management, to mention a few) but, no matter how busy I am, you will always find me next to Warwick in every client meeting.
Since joining Adventure as a Business and Project Manager, my goal is always to enhance the customer experience. This includes providing excellent project management to ensure we manage your project to time and budget. It can also include copywriting services to make life much easier and take your business even further. With our personable and friendly approach, we always go the extra mile in everything we do.
Adventure is very special to us and is more than just a business. We are very passionate about what we do and grateful to work with many fabulous, small local businesses. It is very rewarding to see so many business owners thrive once their fantastic website and branding are in place.

- A very proud mother of our three gorgeous children (albeit still a constantly harassed one who drinks more wine than she should!)
- Passionate about learning new ways to support our son with Autism

Hi, I’m Dan. I previously worked within the infrastructure sector, which has helped me to effectively communicate our design principles to businesses and individuals from a non-design background.
As a Designer, I love working with companies to create bespoke web, graphic and print designs that truly reflect the business and it’s values. Whether I’m creating a new logo or a flyer, I always try to think of the bigger picture, and create a unique but versatile personality that can evolve with the business’ needs.
I love working with local businesses, and using my skills to support their growth as they navigate their own adventures.

Hi, I’m Lau. I’m the newest member of the Adventure team and I started my journey here in March 2023. I like to think I bring my passion for all things design to Adventure with years of industry experience & expertise.
Over the past 20 years, I have worked with organisations including Simple, Birmingham University and Konami. I thrive on the challenge of each new project and working with a diverse range of clients (a perfect match for Adventure!)
Out of work, I am a busy dad of 3 lovely girls and obsessed with all things film (and Tottenham Hotspur!). I also love design programmes & box sets, and the simple pleasures in life.
Now for the fun stuff

- Trips to the cinema with my brother

Brody is our second office doggy. He came to us just before the depressing lockdown in January 2021 and kept us all going after the sudden loss of our first office doggy, Beau Beau.
Brody is a very determined little fella who absolutely loves people with a passion! He is mellowing (a teeny tiny bit) as he gets older but just wants to meet you and have a fuss. In true Staffy style though he doesn’t know his own strength! He is also a sensitive soul with lots of quirks that we all love (and also drive us a bit crazy, especially the whinging to go home!!).

- Enjoying one of my awfully disgusting natural chews courtesy of The Empawrium!
- Snuggling on the sofa, getting comfy on one of us or lots of cushions!
- Going for walks in the local fields and by the fishing lake. Sutton Park is also my favourite.
Brody epitomises the friendliness and enthusiasm of Adventure Graphics… ten fold lol. He is a gorgeous pup and always brightens my day when I see him!
